Who We Are

Ohm Well is a growing counselling collective specializing in integrative therapy,
Internal Family Systems (IFS), dream work, and healing relationships. As within, so without.

Often called “tapping,” is a gentle mind-body practice that combines mindful awareness with tapping on specific acupressure points. EFT can help reduce stress, process emotions, shift limiting patterns, and support greater calm, clarity, and a sense of emotional balance.
